Auxin not only exists in free state in plant cells, but also exists in bound auxin that can be firmly bound with biopolymers, and also has auxin that forms a binding with special substances, such as indole acetyl asparagine, indole acetic acid pentose, indole acetyl glucose, etc. This may be a storage mode of auxin in cells, and it is also an detoxification mode to remove the toxicity of excess auxin.
