Application
It is used in manufacturing biodegradable surfactants and toothpastes as well as in other applications.

1. sarcosine can improve human intelligence, especially for “temporary intelligence improvement” occasions such as student examinations.
2. supplementation with sarcosine can increase anaerobic strength and explosive power of muscles. Creatine exists in muscle in the form of creatine phosphate, and the body relies on ATP to provide energy during high-intensity exercise, but the body’s ATP reserves are small and need to be synthesized continuously, and creatine phosphate can promote the synthesis of ATP.

Sarcosine is an organic substance with the chemical formula C3H7NO2, white orthogonal crystals, slightly sweet, deliquescent, soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in ether, and present in sea stars and sea urchins.
It is made from the decomposition of caffeine by barium hydroxide, or from the reaction of formaldehyde, sodium cyanide and methylamine, and is used in the synthesis of anti-enzyme agents, and also in the synthesis of biochemical reagents.

Storage method
